Chief Accountant – Fiscal & Accounting Responsible
Responsibilities

Secure high quality in finance operations and fiscal declarations
Ensure all accounting documents and transactions comply with local law and tax regulations
Maintain day‑to‑day financial, accounting, administrative, and fiscal services to meet legislative requirements and support local operations
Prepare monthly and periodic statutory reporting
Prepare all official reports and tax returns
Perform monthly payroll operations in relation with outsourcing company
Perform various bookkeeping and ad‑hoc responsibilities as defined by Business Controller
Participate in all audit processes: internal and external, preparing reports, statements and reconciliations requested
Provide correct and timely figures and reports and raise red flags when needed
Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
Responsible for all credit & collection activities

Qualifications

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a similar role
Very good knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Strong knowledge of financial, fiscal and management accounting
Good knowledge of local and fiscal regulations
Good understanding of ERP systems and how they work
Expertise in Excel and working knowledge of PowerBI
Degree in Economics
