See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:Position OverviewThe Accountant is a key professional responsible for managing the financial records and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company’s bookkeeping. This role involves handling active and passive invoices, preparing VAT declarations, and maintaining compliance with tax regulations. The Accountant oversees daily financial operations, checks company books, and prepares periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders, including tax authorities.At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.Essential FunctionsManage all accounting transactions, ensuring accurate and timely recordingEnsure the accuracy of financial documents and compliance with applicable laws and regulationsPrepare tax returns and ensure timely and correct tax paymentsReconcile accounts payable and receivable to maintain financial integrityEnsure timely execution of bank payments and monitor cash flowStay up to date with current legislation related to finance, accounting, and taxationSupport internal and external auditors, identifying and resolving discrepanciesUphold legal and ethical responsibilities by acting with honesty, diligence, and professional integrityNumber of continuous improvement initiatives implementedDiversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting or High School Diploma in AccountingMinimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or administrative rolesStrong knowledge of Italian and international accounting principles (IFRS)Excellent command of ExcelPreferred QualificationsExperience in multinationalFluent in EnglishFamiliarity with audit and compliance processesWorking ConditionsStandard office environment, with prolonged computer use.Flexibility for hybrid work according to company policy.Why BrunswickWhatever tomorrow brings, we’ll be at the leading edge.
