The Role
We are looking for an Account Supervisor with a strong passion for the automotive and motorcycle sector, capable of managing international clients and leading complex projects with strategic thinking and operational precision.
The ideal candidate has significant experience in advertising agencies, thrives in dynamic and international environments, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously — coordinating internal teams and external suppliers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day relationship with international clients, ensuring top-quality service and delivery.
Coordinate internal teams across creative, strategy, and production departments.
Supervise the execution of complex productions , from video to static contents to fit all the touchpoints.
Demonstrate strong budget sensibility and financial acumen , ensuring optimal use of resources and accurate project estimations.
Contribute to the development of effective and consistent communication strategies aligned with brand positioning.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client objectives.
Actively contribute to business growth and client development.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken), as the role involves daily interaction with international clients and teams.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented with proven leadership abilities.
Genuine passion for the automotive and motorcycle industry.
Experience managing complex, multi-channel productions (TV, digital, social, events).
