For our Sales Department, we’re looking for an Account Specialist who will manage and develop a portfolio of international customers, increase turnover, prevent customer churn, and contribute to identifying new business opportunities and services to offer.
Main activities :

Monitor the progress and performance of assigned customers.
Contact customers by phone or email to maintain strong relationships.
Offer clients new services or products aligned with their business needs.
Convince customers to transfer printing volumes from other suppliers to our company.
Find flexible solutions for complex issues; in certain cases, extraordinary management may be justified by revenue potential.
Help the company identify weak points and areas for improvement.
Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new services and products
Fluent or advanced level of French and / or Spanish, both written and spoken.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Good organizational skills to complete tasks within the predefined timing.
Experience in managing customers.
Experience in negotiating trade agreements

PREFERRED :

Experience in monitoring customer metrics.
Experience in analyzing data.
Experience with a CRM tool.

SOFT SKILLS :

Pragmatic, dynamic and pro-active
Desire to learn and study new platforms and techniques;
Good analytics skills
