We are looking for an Account Receivables Specialist to join our Milan office and provide support to the Finance Department.You will join a team of professionals dedicated to maintaining the company's financial order and transparency. Your primary responsibilities will include managing account receivables and credit control, monitoring e-invoices, performing monthly reconciliations of accounts and preparing monthly reports.The ideal candidate will have a strong numerical ability and great attention to detail, and will contribute to the efficient running of the department and the firm.ResponsibilitiesManage account receivables and credit controlSupport in creating proforma and tax invoicesMonitor e-invoices in compliance with Italian lawHandle bookkeeping activities related to account receivablesPerform monthly reconciliations of accounts such as revenues, VAT, and withholding taxProvide monthly reports to partners concerning cash flow analysis, collections, revenues, and outstanding billsBSc / Ba in accounting, finance or relevant fieldBetween 3 and 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably gained in a comparable law firmGood command of numbers and figures, and analytical acumenGood understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practicesAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with Elite 3E preferredGood knowledge of Datev softwareExcellent level of ItalianProficiency in EnglishGreat attention to detailExcellent organizational skillsOpen ended contractCompetitive remunerationWelfarePrivate health insuranceAbout usAcross over 80 countries, Dentons helps you grow, protect, operate and finance your organization by providing uniquely global and deeply local legal solutions.
