The journeyHave full responsibility and own 360º the business of Top Partners in Roma;Grasp the objectives and hurdles of Partners to offer insightful advice and assistanceWork with data to enhance growth and profitability for both Partners and GlovoDefine and pursue the long-term strategy for the city in terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertisement and OperationsWork alongside various internal departments to create and apply tailored solutions that address the needs of Partners, including Operations, Marketing, Corporate, Customer service)Establish and maintain a very close relationship with Top Partners in the cityBe informed, get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude
What you will bring to the ride2+ years in Account Management and core business development (experienced in startup, top consulting firms or top tech companies)You're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to Customers/Partners and the Glovo platformYou've got a good judgment and assertiveness and own up to your mistakes facing any situation with an optimistic approachYou find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multi-disciplinary challenges with a great critical-thinkingYou're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environmentsYou’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented with a hands-on spiritAn empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude across the business and the industry
