Permanent / Full-Time / RemoteWe are HCLTech, a rapidly growing global technology company with over 225,000 employees across 60 countries, focused on Digital, Engineering, and Cloud services.Our diverse and passionate team drives innovation and excellence, and we are committed to supporting their growth and success.We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join us and make a significant impact on our SAP project initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Supporting sales-to-delivery handover and customer onboarding for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.Managing onboarding and transition processes for customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.Overseeing service and project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones.Assisting in de-escalating critical customer situations in collaboration with Major Incident Management, SAP Customer Office, and SAP Support teams.Participating in customer release and maintenance activities.Providing technical support throughout the customer lifecycle within SAP Enterprise.Collaborating with SAP stakeholders and virtual customer success partners to ensure customer satisfaction.Reviewing account status and analyzing needs for account transition based on growth and complexity.Required qualifications:Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis experience, with strong knowledge of S/4HANA.Hands-on experience with HANA database.Mandatory experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB).Experience with SaaS integrations (e.g., Ariba, Salesforce, C4C).Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Fluent in Italian (C2 or native) and English (B2 or above).Work experience:5-6 years in multinational software/IT organizations.At least 5 years of SAP Basis and S/4HANA knowledge.2+ years in cloud solutions (management, consulting, or delivery).We offer a virtual-first work environment, growth opportunities, and a positive, inclusive workplace recognized as a great place to work in multiple countries.
