Job Summary
We have a great Account Manager opportunity to join an exciting and innovative sales team in Padua. We are looking for an experienced salesperson who has solid experience dealing with customers and generating profit from existing customer relationships. You will inherit an already well established patch of 30 customers with the goal to identify customer needs and apply the company’s value proposition to drive sales growth and improve profitability, develop strategic relationships and align customer and business goals.

What You Will Be Doing
Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer interface to the company's resources.
Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage the customers’ business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers.
Engage customers in joint planning that integrates the company's services, programmes and supplier partnerships, securing customer commitment for the development of a comprehensive investment in strategies that advance the company’s market position, engagement and financial goals.
Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts to track progress toward revenue and growth goals and own execution of the business plan.
Maintain and monitor pipeline and metrics for assigned customers, perform analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
Support supplier strategies by aligning solutions with customer to maximise profitable growth, and customer expansion.
Prioritise customers and opportunities with greatest potential for success.
Closely manage profitability by minimising profit leaks and maximising gross profit.
Other duties as assigned.
