We are seeking Junior / Senior Account Managers to build long-term relationships with our clients and deliver value through outstanding service. We’re growing fast and are looking for someone with a commercial mindset to join our team and support client success from day one.
Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you’ll work closely with sales team members to manage client accounts, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth day-to-day communication.
Support the Account Management team in handling client requests and maintaining relationships
Deal with customer complaints and analyze the root cause to prevent it from happening again
Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely project delivery
Monitor account performance and flag issues proactively
Attend client meetings and support follow-ups
Help identify opportunities for upselling and service improvement
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
In‑depth knowledge of warehousing / delivery is highly preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
English is the working language, yet Chinese (Mandarin) / Polish is a huge plus
