Dana is a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal‑management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative‑energy powertrains. Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off‑highway equipment – Dana provides the world's original‑equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.
Position Summary
Develop sales areas for hydraulic products and systems in Italy, mainly in Northern Italy.
Main Opportunities and Challenges
Opportunity to operate in a dynamic multi‑channel environment with a wide range of products and systems to offer to customers who manufacture a wide variety of applications in the Mobile & Industrial sector.
Main Responsibilities

Defining and achieving sales targets for assigned customers
Identifying new opportunities related to OEM and dealer customers served directly by Italian plants
Participating in defining the customer development strategy and related applications in the assigned area
Collaborating with colleagues who are specialists in application solutions or product development to refine the search for and realization of new business opportunities

Job Position Requirements
Education: High School; 5 years related experience in Sales Department
Professional Background:

Technical training and/or experience in the hydraulic sector
At least 5 years' experience in the hydraulic / off‑highway technical sales sector

Hard Skills
Essential:

Technical sales experience in hydraulics, off‑highway, industrial sectors
Good knowledge of English
MS Office software package
Willingness to travel – mainly within the country, occasionally abroad
Ability to interact with other company departments

Considered as a plus:

Knowledge of Hydraulic products
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Hydraulic/Economics (is a plus)
Advanced MS Excel
