About the role
Our Account Management team oversees our restaurant business brand relationships. As Deliveroo continues to grow, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants – aside from providing the best support, we are restaurant consultants who use data‑driven insight and industry knowledge to lead our partner restaurants' growth. The AM is focused on the relationship with the network in the Italian market, working with other internal departments (marketing, operations, product) to offer the best consultancy service to our top brands. The Account Manager team is a passionate, dynamic group of team players that work well together – and of course, they’re fun and great at building relationships. This role is based in Torino and will report to the Regional Manager of the region.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands with a focus on building lasting relationships with the network.
Monitor and analyse performance, share findings with partners, and identify opportunities to improve metrics and partner satisfaction.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions according to company goals and partners mix to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and CVP (consumer value proposition).
Plan portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials, and loyalty impacting positively both absolute metrics and relative ones such as market share.
Control perimeter P&L, identifying opportunities and risks.
Requirements
At least 3 years experience in account management or sales.
P&L knowledge and negotiation skills.
Experience creating long‑term relationships.
Demonstrate experience using tools and related project management applications to guide best practice.
Experience in Horeca/restaurants/food market would be a plus.
Fluency in English would be a plus.
