The selected candidate will manage a consolidated client portfolio with the task of managing relationships with existing clients and developing the portfolio through acquisition of new clients.ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with existing clients, interfacing with them to: complete the preparatory forms for contract drafting, directly prepare offers, and ensure data entry in the company CRM.Proactively search for new clients in the applicable territory through: on-site visits, online channels (e.g., LinkedIn), referrals from other clients, and remote contacts (phone or email).Handle service issues, assess new needs, increase the scope of services offered, renew existing contracts in accordance with commercial policies, and ensure proper payment for services in collaboration with the local collections office.L activities of the commercial role at Anticimex are characterized by strong territorial presence due to the fragmented portfolio and high development potential.
