Job Description
Mapo Tapo seeks an Account Manager — Creator Partnerships to drive its next growth phase. This key role involves growing and managing a global network of content creators. You'll operate like a B2B Account Manager, owning a pipeline, driving measurable performance through outreach, activation, and conversion, ensuring partnerships translate into meaningful bookings and long-term engagement for our outdoor community.
What you will do

Identify, contact, and onboard new content creators aligned with Mapo Tapo's values and adventure spirit.
Manage the creator partnership pipeline like a B2B funnel, from outreach and activation to performance tracking.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to refine and scale the global ambassador program.

The ideal candidate

A genuine outdoor enthusiast, actively practicing at least two outdoor sports such as climbing or skiing.
A natural seller, driven by tangible growth results and eager to significantly increase earnings through performance.
Data-driven, goal-oriented, adaptable, and entrepreneurial with excellent written and spoken English.
