If your answer is “yes,” you might have what it takes to be the next Account Manager.Responsibilities and QualificationsResponsible and Capable: Communicating effectively; you can clearly express ideas and information to others and adapt your style according to the specific situation and audience.Managing Your Market: You excel at evaluating local market characteristics, trends, and drivers, and you effectively prioritize and manage the performance of a portfolio of accounts to generate business value.Identifying and Articulating Partner Needs: You are capable of creating value for partners by identifying, clarifying, and prioritizing their needs.Formulating and Positioning Solutions: You enjoy creating “win-win” value by matching needs to relevant offerings and presenting these compellingly.Gaining Commitment: You have the capability to move partner conversations forward and lead them to successful outcomes.Self-awareness and Development: You can achieve business goals and influence interactions by recognizing and managing your own emotions and those of others.At least 2 years of experience in a relevant account management role.Fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written.Experience or affinity with e-commerce and/or the travel industry is a plus.Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.Accurate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Team player, self-motivated, flexible, and open to change.Hotel School or University background preferred.Driver’s license required.Availability to travel up to 50%.What We OfferWe are a performance-based company offering career advancement and competitive compensation, including bonuses.
