Epredia's Digital Pathology sales team is growing! We are searching for an Account Manager to cover South Italy creating awareness for our new and exciting offering within the Digital Pathology space.Job titleAccount Manager - Digital Pathology - South ItalyWho you areYou have energy and drive in abundance, a passion for serving our customers and possess a growth mindset and love of continuous learning, with an appreciation for diverse perspectives and helping others win.Position overviewThis is a hunter role and your objective will be to grow sales, gain new customers, support customers in the field and create awareness for our products. This is a great opportunity which could lead to future leadership roles within our Digital Pathology unit.LocationWhat you will doConduct daily in person visits to customers in order to present Epredia’s Digital Pathology solutionsPresent our Software solutions (IMS, AI Diagnostics platforms) to potential customersMake cold calls daily / weekly in order to generate new leads or opportunitiesDevelop, maintain, and demonstrate a high standard of product and Digital Pathology workflow knowledge becoming a trusted partner for the community of Anatomic-PathologistsPerform necessary admin, tracking visits and activities per customer in our CRM tool at least on a weekly basis.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree (or local equivalent) with a focus on Biology / Biotechnology / Bioengineering / Life Science preferred.Fluency in English (both written and oral) is mandatory.3+ years of prior experience in sales in the Anatomic-Pathology or diagnostics market OR 3+ years of experience working in Anatomic-Pathology diagnostics / research laboratories.Self-motivating, solutions and results-oriented, leadership attitude.Ability to establish positive relations with both the customers’ community and colleagues to work harmonically on the DP EMEA team.Company BenefitsCompany CarAnnual Performance related bonusGenerous Annual leaveCollective health insurancePension scheme with an employer contributionEmployee Assistance ProgramAccess to LinkedIn Learning
