With a challenger mindset, you will manage and lead virtual teams, closing opportunities that deliver transformative business results.The responsibilities of the Account Executive include:Customer Outcomes Management: Understand customer drivers and business outcomes related to digital transformation. Initiate conversations on digital transformation and ensure success stories are documented for reference.Industry and Account Understanding: Develop insights into the customer's industry and needs, identifying opportunities for digital solutions aligned with their strategies.Account Planning & Goals: Manage multiple accounts, ensuring targets and customer needs are met. Coordinate with virtual teams and partners to scale business, ensuring sales and adoption goals are achieved.Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and loyalty. Collaborate with partners for joint selling and market expansion.Strategic Engagement: Understand customer priorities, advocate internally, and lead new opportunities to accelerate digital transformation. Lead strategic technology directions within accounts.Account Management: Develop and oversee account plans, drive accountability, and ensure alignment among stakeholders. Anticipate account moves and address potential issues proactively.
