If you’re ambitious, sharp, and fluent in one of these language profiles (plus some Italian basics), we want to meet you :Full professional proficiency in German; fluent in EnglishFull professional proficiency in Spanish; fluent in EnglishFull professional proficiency in EnglishSTEP INTO THE ROLEAs an Account Executive at LetzFair, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building strong and lasting relationships with clients.Here’s what you’ll be doing :Prospecting & Lead GenerationIdentify and qualify potential B2B leads in the events and MICE sectorsLeverage sales automation tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot) to manage outreach and track activitiesFull Sales Cycle ManagementRun discovery calls and product demosCraft and pitch tailored proposalsNegotiate, close deals, and hit revenue goalsClient Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with decision makers and stakeholdersAct as a strategic advisor who brings real valueEnsure client satisfaction throughout the sales processCollaboration & StrategyWork closely with the CEO, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine strategies and messagingProvide market feedback and insights to improve product and sales processesReporting & AnalysisTrack KPIs, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRMIdentify upselling or cross-selling opportunitiesRepresentation & NetworkingRepresent LetzFair at industry events, trade shows, and webinarsPromote the brand and develop strategic relationships in the European marketWHAT MAKES A GREAT FITFull professional proficiency in German or Spanish, with excellent spoken and written English, or candidates with full professional proficiency in EnglishBasic Italian for day-to-day team communication2–4 years of proven B2B Sales experience (experience in SaaS is a plus)Comfortable managing the full sales cycle, with CRM and sales automation experience (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar)Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with experience managing mid-market or enterprise clientsCurious about SaaS, tech, events, and innovationStrong problem-solving skills, initiative, and critical thinkingComfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and quick to learn new tools / processesFull-time availability (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00)And, most importantly, your personality, perspective, and experience.
