Drive meaningful impact at Forwood – Join us as a Senior Account Executive (Italy & Europe)Forwood is a global organization comprising passionate, values-driven professionals focused on fatality prevention.We have created a robust SaaS-based Critical Risk Management System that has transformed safety management across industries.Our system is implemented in some of the world's largest high-risk operations, delivering profound results.Position SummaryWe are seeking an Account Executive based in Italy to lead Forwood’s growth across Italy and the broader European region. You will drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth, especially within the mining, construction, manufacturing, and other high-risk sectors.This strategic role is suited for someone who excels in building long-term customer relationships, navigating complex enterprise sales, and championing impactful technology. You will be vital in expanding our regional presence and influencing safety management practices.This is a 100% remote position. Fluency in both English and Italian is required for effective engagement with our diverse customer base and internal teams.Key Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesAchieve all sales and operational targets within deadlines.Develop sales strategies tailored to the regional market.Report to the Global Head of Sales on regional sales, KPI tracking, and pipeline management.Promote and ensure proper use of CRM and sales tools.Upskill the market on Forwood products, support product launches, and identify new opportunities.Partner with customers to understand their needs and objectives.Collaborate with internal teams on sales initiatives.Train teams and ensure adherence to sales processes.Identify new customers and sales opportunities to grow revenue.Communicate the company's value proposition through proposals and presentations, including product education and training.Analyze industry trends and report on factors influencing budgets and strategic directions.Work within a high-performing, cross-functional team to meet sales targets and company goals.Ideal Candidate ConsiderationsExperience handling high-value SaaS deals, averaging above US$200K, with a sales cycle of 9+ months.Strategic approach to closing complex SaaS deals, from prospecting to closing, including pipeline management and weekly planning targeting top organizations.7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with experience selling into large organizations with multiple stakeholders.Proven quota attainment of US$1.2M+ with large deal sizes.Active engagement in new logo acquisition and multi-channel prospecting, including a strong LinkedIn outreach profile.Ability to sell into large enterprises, navigate complex sales processes, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.Transparency in sharing past sales performance metrics.Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments with high innovation.What We OfferCompetitive base salary and commission structureOpportunity to work with an enterprise sales team in a purpose-driven environmentJoin a high-impact, purpose-driven companyLead growth in a key region and influence safety outcomes across ItalyCollaborative international sales teamTools, resources, and onboarding to support your successJ-18808-Ljbffr
