Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and "all-things-digital" solutions, is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join its innovative team.ResponsibilitiesResearch target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build accurate ICPs and contact listsFind key triggers (new hires, funding, tech changes) and write short, personalized value messagesEngage leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels with a multi-touch approachWarm up contacts by reacting to their content and sharing useful insightsShare helpful materials (case studies, etc.) to build trust before booking sales callsWork with sales and marketing to run outbound campaigns and improve outreach scriptsUse automation tools to scale while keeping personalizationLog all activities in the CRM, update lead data, and track lead progressKeep learning about the industry, tools, and best practices, using AI where it helpsRequirements1+ year in B2B research, sales development, or outbound lead generationStrong analytical and writing skills — turn research into clear, practical insightsFamiliar with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar toolsAble to work independently and manage multiple campaignsEnglish: confident reading and writing (speaking is not required)Helpful Tools (nice to have; willingness to learn is most important)Outreach & Automation: Lemlist, Instantly, or similar toolsAI Productivity: ChatGPT (or similar tools) for outreach copy, summaries, and value propsIf you like structured research, smart personalization, and driving real pipeline — we'd love to hear from you!Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Intetics by 2x
