The role involves developing markets in France, Spain, and Portugal, primarily by acquiring new partners and nurturing relationships to increase sales revenue in line with the company's strategy.The candidate will need to:Follow strategic plans to expand the customer base, aligned with company values such as customer centrality, recognition, integrity, reliability, respect, and responsibility.Implement strategies, plans, and programs to generate sales through resellers and identify, recruit, and appoint suitable commercial partners.Support new partners until they achieve autonomy and regular orders.Develop sales using available tools and reports, propose new strategies for sales growth, and maintain relationships with existing partners through regular visits and meetings with potential partners.Update market and product evaluations based on market trends, distributor feedback, and competitor information.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills at all organizational levels, be proactive and innovative in business development, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple activities within set deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with experience in the industrial sector preferred. Fluency in French and English is essential.Contract: Permanent, with a gross annual salary (RAL) from €35,000 to €50,000 plus variable bonuses, based on experience.
