Let’s evolve iconic and create the next exciting chapter.The part you’ll playYou will join us in our Milan store as a Full-Time Client Advisor for a fixed-term contract until 31.12.2025, reporting directly to the Store Management.Transform each client experience into magical moments by crafting personalised experiences that make clients feel confident and energised.Build authentic, long-term bonds with clients, ensuring they feel the experience is truly tailored to them.Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability.Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations, acting always with the client’s experience at heart.Master storytelling and the art of engaging questioning to connect meaningfully with clients.Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments.What you’ll bringA caring, authentic, and trusted approach as a client advisor, with a genuine passion for style and luxury fashion.Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.Courage to share ideas and innovate, with a willingness to grow and learn.Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.Fluency in English and Italian is essential; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.Previous experience in fashion / luxury retail is preferred.Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.A proactive and team-oriented mindset, ready to contribute to collective success.OUR DEI COMMITMENT TO YOUAt Ferragamo, you can play your part and express your uniqueness.
